
Jay R. Richardson,
A native of St. Kitts, West Indies has been in the food service industry for about eight years. He has experience working with the cuisines of Italy, Mexico, China, France, USA, and of course his beloved Caribbean. He is a graduate of Clayton State University in Morrow, GA, and studied culinary arts at The International Culinary School @ The Art Institute of Atlanta. He is Nationally certified in food safety and sanitation by the National Restaurant Association, and holds memberships in the United States Personal Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation.
